Thermoeconomic Optimization of Steam Pressure of Heat Recovery Steam Generator in Combined Cycle Gas Turbine under Different Operation Strategies

The optimization of the steam parameters heat recovery generators (HRSG) Combined Cycle Gas Turbines (CCGT) has become one important means to reduce power generation cost combined cycle units. Based on structural theory thermoeconomics, a thermoeconomic model for triple pressure reheat HRSG is established. Taking minimization system as objective, an algorithm based three factors and six levels orthogonal experimental samples determine optimal solution high, intermediate low pressures under different gas turbine (GT) operation strategies. variation law influencing with level all strategies are analyzed. research results show that decreases GT load rate increases, T4 plays dominant role in selection high (HP) and, order obtain optimum cost, IGV T3-650-F mode should be adopted keep at rates.
